TAB WE'RE ON
We kick off Australian Guineas day with a competitive 2yo race down the straight, for which the Hayes yard holds the keys. JACARANDA (5) is the pick of their fillies, dominant over two rivals at Seymour on debut in good time, well backed in the Inglis Millennium last time, only beaten 1.2 lengths. Not sure that's the best 2yo form in the country but it should stack up well here. LA GITANA (7) debuted in the G3 Chairman's Stakes and ran a solid race behind impressive winner Big Sky. She'll be better for that and should take catching. GIN TWIST (6) has been third in both starts to date, beating home Blue Diamond winner Streisand in her latest. She should be right there again. LADHAR (8) resumes. It all came a bit soon for her on debut but she can do much better having jumped out well. THE TROUBLESHOOTER (4) has jumped out well for his debut and could surprise.
