McDonald’s Australia joins VRC as inaugural Elms Stage Partner for 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival

‘The Elms Stage presented by Macca’s’ will be the centrepiece of the Carnival’s headline music program, bringing a festival atmosphere to Flemington with performances from global and local music legends including FISHER, Craig David, PNAU and ICEHOUSE.

VRC Chief Executive Officer, Kylie Rogers, said the club is thrilled to welcome McDonald’s as the inaugural The Elms Stage partner.

“The Elms Precinct is all about creating unforgettable moments for racegoers, and with McDonald’s on board, we’re elevating the experience even further,” Ms Rogers said.

“This partnership is a celebration of music, culture and connection. We can’t wait to see the energy this collaboration brings to the track.

“With four huge music acts set to light up the main stage, The Elms is going to be the place to be to continue the celebrations.

“After the last race on TAB Champion Stakes Day, we’re going to create history by opening the famous Flemington track for FISHER’S party set ‘Off the Rails’. We cannot wait and it’s great to have Macca’s on board to help us deliver another unforgettable Melbourne Cup Carnival celebration.”

The Elms Precinct is a newly reimagined entertainment zone located at the end of the Flemington straight, just past the winning post.

Open to all General Admission guests, it will feature world-class live performances, vibrant food and beverage options, and a buzzing social atmosphere where the celebrations will continue after the last race.
