Catering will be brought to you by The Big Group. To request any changes to your menu or advise of any dietary requirements you can do so by contacting your account manager directly.

Key timings

Please take note of key timings including your venue opening time. We recommend arriving promptly to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your package. Beverage service commences from the venue opening time and concludes half an hour after the last race of the day.

Ticketing

If you booked your tickets directly through VRC, your digital tickets will be available now in VRC Account Manager.

Please login using the email address you used when making your booking. If this is your first time using VRC Account Manager, please select “Forgot Password” to have your password reset.

You can view, manage and share your digital tickets from VRC Account Manager. Please note you can only view your ticket barcodes from a mobile device.

If you experience any issues or require your tickets to be delivered differently, please contact your account manager directly.

Accessibility

The VRC is committed to meeting the diverse needs of its members, clients, customers, partners, racing industry affiliates and the community, inclusive of people with special needs. Due to a number of the facilities being temporary facilities, some facilities do not have wheelchair and pram access, however, please notify us at the time of booking of any special requirements to allow VRC to accommodate individual needs as required, and to provide appropriate accessible facilities and information.

FAQs

Gentlemen (including children over 12yrs) Gentlemen are required to wear a suit of tailored slacks (tailored chinos or tailored shorts on or below the knee is acceptable), sports coat or blazer, plus tie and dress shoes. Overseas visitors are welcome to wear the formal national dress of their country.

Ladies (including children over 12yrs) Ladies are expected to maintain a suitable standard of racewear attire. Key items of clothing that are not acceptable include; short jumpsuits /playsuits and shorts or short suits that are above the knee, garments that show the belly button, including bralettes and bandeau crop tops. Overseas visitors are welcome to wear the formal national dress of their country.

Children: Younger children must be neatly dressed and accompanied by an adult. Please note it is the responsibility of the person booking the tickets to ensure their guests adhere to the dress regulations.

Children are welcome at Flemington Racecourse and to the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Children that are accompanied by an adult are also welcome into the marquees.  Children’s menus can be arranged with your caterer for all private facilities.  Please note children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Yes.  Please advise your Account Manager of your intentions and be sure to include them on your accreditation. Your photographer will require media accreditation. 

As part of VRC terms and conditions, all clients purchasing their own marquee will need to provide a Certificate of Currency/Public Liability Insurance documentation for the 2019 Melbourne Cup Carnival (Saturday 29 October 2022 – Saturday 5 November 2022).  The Certificate of Currency will ensure you and VRC are protected against any unforeseen accidents involving guests (but not infrastructure).   

Yes you can, depending on availability and the size of your group.  Please contact your account manager for further details.

If you are a full member of Victoria Racing Club, then you will have access into the Members’ Enclosure and Grandstand. Restricted members only have access to the Grandstand on Kennedy Oaks Day and TAB Champions Stakes Day. Your corporate ticket does grant access to the Members’ Enclosure/Grandstand.
